Yoga & Mobility

Specific to the practice of yoga including Ashtanga, Iynegar, Yin, Restorative and Vinyasa. Includes breathing, meditation and mindfulness practices.

Sport Specific Coaching

Designed for those whom have specific goals around competing in a sport. This includes marathons, ultra-marathons, triathlons, cycling, powerlifting, Crossfit and more.

Sport Medicine Treatments

From acupuncture, cupping, sports massage and therapeutic exercise all our sports medicine offerings exist individually or packaged together in a treatment session. All sessions are dictated by the client needs and appropriate treatment is administered.

Testing and Evaluation

For a more comprehensive understanding and specialized program to address your needs these services are a part of our general program and available for those simply interested in learning more about their bodies function.
