Joint Health
Testing the function and range of motion of each joint for overall health. We use traditional movements as part of assessment. Included is program and exercises to help with any joint lacking healthy function/ROM.
Strength
This test looks at fundamental patterns for human performance and ones overall strength necessary to function in daily life. From squats, push-ups, core and more. Included is programming and exercises to help increase strength relative to goals and test results.
Cardiovascular Health
The VO2 Max test looks at the health of your aerobic system including heart and lung function. Using a basic treadmill walking test and heart rate monitor we evaluate your ability to perform aerobically. We will determine your optimal heart rate for burning fat, increasing fitness and calories needed to lose weight, etc. As with other tests, this includes the program and exercises to help improve your aerobic function.
Bone Density and Body Composition
An important aspect of your health is your bone density and body composition. DEXA scans are a simple and none invasive way to get a comprehensive understanding of both density, composition, and risk factors for Osteoporosis. This data will help us to better formulate a plan and direction.
Wellness Panel
Utilizing the services and knowledge of Wellness Fx, we take a deeper look into your health according to blood work. Looking at bio-markers, these insights will help determine how to best guide related to nutrition, sleep, stress management, exercise and of course optimal performance.
